Hiring for License Insurance Agent
The position will showcase both effective product and market knowledge to help prospects make an informed decision, and assist existing policyholders with professionalism and great customer service skills to maintain high retention. This established agency requires a current Texas P & C license with 2 to 5 years multi-line sales experience.
Individual should be detailed oriented and service oriented. This position includes aiding agency growth (sales) and retention (service). Bonuses are paid based on agency goals.
Requirements:
- Current Texas P&C Insurance license
- 2 years insurance sales experience
- Self starter
- Detailed oriented and service oriented
- Strong product and market knowledge
- Current Texas life and Health a plus
- Confidentiality with client information
